In Management and Critical Position Evaluations, additional instruments supplement the basic pre-employment package and longer versions of certain basic instruments are included to give a more detailed and in-depth view of the individual. We maintain familiarity with hundreds of instruments useful for specific areas from which we can choose. Promotional evaluations are thus custom designed based on the job description to provide greater detail relevant to particular job functions. Testing includes a new element, that is the style or approach the individual will use to fulfill his or her responsibility and tasks. This allows the organization to select someone who not only meets basic qualifications for key positions, but whose approach matches the organization's philosophic beliefs as they are practically applied. For these positions extensive interviews may be included as part of the evaluation package.
