Mark. M. Garner has a background in clinical psychology, applied
behavior analysis, pain management, and biofeedback. As a licensed psychologist, Dr. Garner has been providing individual psychotherapy, couples/family therapy, psychological testing, and psychological intervention for pain disorders since 1986. He has extensive experience working with the geriatric population, the developmentally disabled, and persons with mental illness through his work with community mental health boards. With his biofeedback training, he has worked with persons with chronic pain disorders, migraine headaches, attention deficit disorders, and anxiety/stress related disorders. Dr. Garner is a published author for his work with the developmentally disabled and mentally ill. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychological Specialties, a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management, certified at the fellow level as a biofeedback practitioner by the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America, and a Life Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback, American Academy of Pain Management, and the Association for Behavior Analysis.
