Roxanne K. Fall, Ph.D., L.L.P., CAC-II is a Clinical Psychologist with sub-specialization in addictionology and working with Native Americans. She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Union Institute & University, a Master of Social Work from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor of Social Work from Ferris State University.
Dr. Fall is a member of the Michigan Psychological Association, American Psychological Association and its Division 50, The Psychology of Addictive Behaviors. She is dually certified as an Addictions Counselor, Level II by the Michigan Certification Board for Addictions Professionals and by the National Association of Social Workers for dealing with Clinical Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug problems. Dr. Fall is also a member of the National Association of Social Workers and qualified for self-regulated practice by the Academy of Certified Social Workers with authorization to use the designation ACSW. She is licensed by the State of Michigan as a Certified Social Worker.
Dr. Fall is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Level II. She has served as Adjunct Professor for Ferris State University teaching various bachelor level Social Work classes. She also served as Adjunct Professor for Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City, Michigan teaching undergraduate Social Work classes. Since 1996, Dr. Fall has worked as a Behavioral Health Therapist for the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians. She has had the opportunity to work with a broad population from children, adolescents, adults, to the elderly. She has worked with individuals and families with sensitivity to cultural issues.
Since 1996, Dr. Fall has worked with the psychologists at Management & Behavior Consultants, PC. As a limited licensed psychologist, she has been providing individual psychotherapy, couples/family therapy, psychological testing, assessments, and intervention for addiction disorders. She is licensed by the State of Michigan as a Limited Licensed Psychologist.
